Need to move your MessageDesk contact data into a new system or existing CRM? Than you are in the right place.

Below I've outlined the steps to export your accounts contacts into a spreadsheet:

To start exporting your contacts from MessageDesk:

  1. Navigate to Settings on the left hand side of your screen. ⚙️

  2. Go to Settings -> Import and Export Contacts.

  3. Select Export Contacts.

When exporting your contacts, this menu will allow for you to select what information you would like to be included on your CSV.

After you have selected the desired fields you would like to be included, select Confirm Export.

Once it is completed, you will receive the notification below for you to download your export. If you are using Safari, this may not download correctly and it may be advised to use a different browser for export.
