Upgrading Your Account
If you are on a 7-day free trial and want to upgrade your MessageDesk account to one of our subscriptions follow the steps below: (view subscription levels here)
Navigate to Settings from the left side menu
Click "Subscription Settings"
Click "Manage Plan"
Now that you have a payment method scroll down and select "Upgrade" or "Downgrade" to choose the plan that's right for you.
Note: you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time without any additional fees. Just go to settings -> subscription settings -> click cancel account
How to Change your Subscription Level
After inputting a payment card, click on "Manage Plan." Notice how you can pick both annual and monthly plans. Annual plans will charge the full amount (number in parenthesis) at the time of click.
Click your desired subscription level and then enter your admin password. You have now successfully upgraded your account!
You're now all set up to start sending text messages to your customers. If at any time you wish to edit payment info, change your subscription or view your current MessageDesk set-up just repeat the steps above!
